You think that when you lose a couple of pounds yo You think that when you lose a couple of pounds you will be much happier and your life will be better. This is a myth because by developing your condition little by little your life gets narrower and becomes less and less fun. Only recovery can do this. One of the most important stages of this process is re-claiming your right to enjoyment, the thinner you would like to get the thinner is your capacity to feel excited about life. You can start today with this little exercise🌠

List all of the things you would like to enjoy. It can be anything from shopping for your new wardrobe to playing with children or going to the theatre or dining in a nice restaurant. Rate from 0-10 how much you enjoy these things now and ask yourself how much you would like to enjoy them in the future. Your condition is strongly controlling your ability to enjoy different activities. Lowering down the intensity of this control and gaining freedom need to be your aims. Look at all the positive reasons for your change and you will start to believe that it is not a couple pounds weight loss, which brings you happiness. It is the ability to enjoy what life has to offer you🦋

🌹You deserve to enjoy life🌹
